DiATOME have been developing and manufacturing diamond knives since 1970. The DiATOME knives are the only knives that can cut all types of materials from biological to materials (hard and soft alike).
The Ultra 45° angle knives are used for routine sectioning (30nm - 200nm) of both biological and materials specimens. They can also be used for ultrathin/semi-thin sectioning (50nm - 1μm).
Quality Guarantee
Before delivery, each knife, new or re-sharpened, is subject to extensive testing. We can therefore guarantee perfect sectioning (in the respective thickness range) over the entire cutting edge.
