FILTER FOR FAST SEARCHING
All experimental metadata is indexed, meaning you can use any parameter to filter your data and find the most important information quickly. Filter by temperature, voltage, gas composition, magnification, or take advantage of AXON’s unique metadata to find the most dynamic or the best focused images in an instant.
GET ORGANIZED USING COLLECTIONS
Create subsets of data that are meaningful by using “collections”. This is a quick way to organize large amounts of data once you have identified the most important parts. Very similar to creating photo albums within your phone, collections help group data without duplicating and prepare datasets for sharing or publishing to a video.
SHARE LARGE DATASETS EASILY
The Pack-and-Share feature enables you to quickly reduce the size of a subset of data and zip up the file to share with your colleagues and collaborators. They will receive the images and all indexed metadata, including any attached files, notes, and tags, for a productive discussion. Since AXON Studio is free for all, all colleagues can visualize the data in the same manner.
DATA LABELING AND ORGANIZATION
While processing data, use tags to label parts of your session for better organization and easier retrieval later. These tags can be filtered and serve as helpful notes on the timeline, making it easier to share and explain your experiment to colleagues or (external) collaborators.
INTEGRATED ANALYSIS TOOLS
Studio offers various analysis tools, including measurement tools, live FFT view, customisable plotting, and a notebook with file management. These tools are accessible to anyone viewing a dataset in Studio, enabling thorough analysis and productive team discussions.
PUBLISH VIDEOS AND IMAGE STACKS
The publish tool enables you to create images stacks and videos all within the same software. Apply rolling and blocked averages, choose from several different files types (all FAIR/RDM approved), apply overlays, and more. Create the ideal set of images or video for your publication, presentation or report with just a few clicks of your mouse.
