SYM Quadra / Tres Diamond Knife
Some people have been wanting to put 3-inch silicon wafer into the knife’s boat for a while so we created the Quadra / Tres just for 3-inch wafer. This boat is square shaped and it has a water removal function. You can arrange 3 different angles of wafer setting position and you will easily get 800+ sections on the silicon wafer at the same time. It can be set on the knife stage, same as other normal knives and you don’t have to prepare any small parts. Even if you don’t have a high-skill for sectioning, you can do it with this knife.
