The Axis pro manual prober features easy positioning to reduce the workload for operators even for extended usage. The probe bender is useful for situations where the object needs to be placed in a deep position and the standard tungsten probe cannot reach the surface under normal operation. The electrode holder makes it easy to contact with micro-size electrode pads.
