Hardness Testing

Hardness Testing

Ernst is a company with 50 years’ experience in the research, design and production of high quality hardness testers.  The Ernst range of hardness testers includes portable and benchtop models, and automatic units suitable for batch testing and in-line applications.

Ernst portable hardness testers are ideal for testing large, irregular specimens and for difficult to reach testing locations out of reach of a benchtop tester. Ernst benchtop testers include Rockwell and Brinell Hardness Testers which can be converted into other hardness scales. Ernst in-line hardness testers are fully customised and tailor-made to almost any need, to ensure speed, quality and accuracy in automatic hardness control.
