Measure Anti-Reflective Coatings Easily
Filmetrics have developed the F10-AR series of thin film analysers to be a simple and affordable solution for measuring ophthalmic anti-reflectance and hard coatings. With minimal training, an operator can make accurate measurements in seconds. Reflectance, thickness, and colour measurements are all supported. Special algorithms reduce distortion caused by hard coat layers, and Filmetrics’ AutoBaseline technology increases baseline intervals and provides 5x greater accuracy than similar fibre-probe systems. The FIlmetrics probe design rejects up to 98% of backside reflections on substrates 1.5mm, and with even greater performance on thicker samples. This removes the need for backside preparation.
Fast & Efficient Measurement Software
To ensure an efficient workflow, Filmetrics have developed the FILMeasure software system to be as fast and simple as possible. Minimum, maximum, and average reflectance values can be configured as pass or fail tests, over any number of wavelength ranges. Filmetrics provides comprehensive technical assistance with each thin film analyser, including online diagnostics and applications support. Filmetrics support is available 24 hours a day.
