Merry Christmas from CN Tech
A Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from CN Tech
The festive season is upon us, and CN Tech would like to wish a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all of our customers and colleagues in academia and industry. 2019 is now drawing to a close, and it has been a very busy year for CN Tech.
We are exhibiting together with many of our key product partners, including COXEM, Electron Microscopy Sciences, Evactron, Swift Instruments, Park Systems, and KLA. With over 10 of our innovative materials testing solutions being displayed and demonstrated, and 2 exciting workshops, CN Tech has something to offer everyone.
CN Tech has been on the road throughout 2019. In January, we attended the UK Surface Analysis Forum meeting in Warwick, and in March the New Challenges in Tribology Meeting in Birmingham. July was a busy month for us, attending both mmc2019 in Manchester and Advanced Materials 2019 in Telford. In December we have been to Edinburgh for the Scottish Microscopy Society’s 47th Annual Symposium, and Natural History Museum in London for the SEMT 2019 meeting.
We would like to give special thanks to everyone at KLA, Electron Microscopy Sciences, Evactron, Park Systems, and COXEM who helped us at mmc2019 this year.
Our product range grew once again in 2019, and we expanded our lineup to include tribology instruments from Rtec, and the Invivo 3D Bioprinter from Rokit. KLA acquired Filmetrics this year, bringing their range of thin film analysers to our product range.
As the range of imaging and analysis solutions we offer has grown, so has our demonstration laboratory. Fully refurbished in 2019, we have added an Invivo 3D Bioprinter, Park Systems NX10 Atomic Force Microscope, and ULVAC UNECS Portable Ellipsometer to our lab. A COXEM CX-200 Plus Scanning Electron Microscope, with KLA NanoFlip in-situ nano indenter, and Oxford Instruments EDS is also now available.
To help bring this impressive technology to new academic and industrial users, the CN Tech team has also grown in 2019. In March, Dr Zhuo Chang joined us, and in November we welcomed Dr Jacob Pattem. Both Zhuo and Jacob have extensive academic experience in atomic force microscopy and biosciences.
As we enter a new decade, 2020 will surely be another exciting year. Whatever your needs in surface analysis and materials testing, CN Tech will be here to help.
