With July fast approaching, the CN Tech team is excited to be attending mmc2019 this year, Europe’s leading microscopy and imaging event. Organised by the Royal Microscopy Society, the Microscience Microscopy Congress is a biennial microscopy conference and exhibition. This year’s event will feature 36 conference sessions and an exhibition representing over 90 companies, alongside a busy schedule of workshops and social events. This year, CN Tech is proud to have our greatest ever presence at mmc2019.
We are exhibiting together with many of our key product partners, including COXEM, Electron Microscopy Sciences, Evactron, Swift Instruments, Park Systems, and KLA. With over 10 of our innovative materials testing solutions being displayed and demonstrated, and 2 exciting workshops, CN Tech has something to offer everyone.
Scanning Electron Microscopes
Visit stand 430 to open a new window onto the nanoscale world with COXEM a leading innovator in electron microscopy. Our representatives will be demonstrating the CX-200 Plus full-size SEM, and COXEM’s EM30-AX Plus desktop SEM. Each SEM will be fitted with Energy-Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (EDS) systems Oxford Instruments. A range of accessories and in-situ materials testing systems will also be on display. Applications specialists from COXEM will be on hand to discuss your electron microscopy needs.
Atomic Force Microscopes
At Stand 441, visitors can experience the new nanoscale insight provided by an AFM from Park Systems. We have a Park NX10 Atomic Force Microscope on display for demonstration. Discover the Park SmartScan three-step imaging process, making AFM easier than ever before, and explore the versatility provided by park Systems’ comprehensive range of AFM modes.
Together with Park Systems, we are also holding an AFM workshop, titled “Advances in Atomic Force Microscopy: PinPoint Piezo Force Microscope – Frictionless Imaging Technique”. The workshop will be held on Tuesday 2nd July, 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM, in Workshop 3.
Surface Profilers & Nano Indenters
Explore a complete portfolio of surface profilometry and nanoindentation solutions at stand 443, were we are exhibiting alongside KLA. We will be demonstrating an Alpha-Step D-600 stylus profiler, a Zeta-20 optical profiler, and an iMicro nano indenter, providing a full range of surface metrology systems.
We are also holding a nano indentation workshop with KLA, titled “In-situ Nanomechanical Testing for Scanning Electron Microscopy: Critical Design Features and Results”. The workshop will be held on Wednesday 3rd July, 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM, in Workshop 3.
Laboratory Equipment & Supplies
For all sample preparation needs, come to stand 430 and meet us and Electron Microscopy Sciences (EMS), providers of the highest quality microscopy lab consumables and equipment. A complete NIGHTSEA Stereo Microscope Fluorescence Adapter system will be on hand to try, together with a selection of sample preparation equipment and tools.
