CN Tech welcomes Zhuo Chang, our new Technical Sales & Applications Engineer
The team at CN Tech are pleased to welcome a new member this year, as Zhou Chang joins us as a new Technical Sales & Applications Engineer. Zhuo has extensive academic experience of materials characterisation, utilising Atomic Force Microscopy, Electron Microscopy and Nanoindentation.
Zhuo graduated from Northwest A&F University in China with a First Class BEng (Hons) in Bioengineering, followed by completing an MSc in Biomaterials at The University of Manchester. After this, he completed a PhD at the University of Liverpool and National Tsing Hua University, focused on “Nanoscale characterisation of arterial stiffening”.
Throughout his academic career, Zhuo has gained expertise in nanomechanical mapping with AFM, image analysis and statistical analysis, alongside knowledge of a variety of application techniques for SEM, EDX and TXM.
Zhuo will be using his expertise to help bring our AFM solutions from Park Systems to a wider community of UK researchers and engineers. Alongside this, he will be applying his knowledge to our greater range of surface analysis and materials testing systems.
