CN Tech is now the exclusive UK and Ireland distributor for COXEM. Founded in 2007 and based in South Korea, COXEM has developed a comprehensive and market leading range of benchtop and traditional full size scanning electron microscope (SEM) systems.

COXEM specialise in all-in-one SEM-EDS systems, which combine COXEM’s powerful SEM platform with a fully integrated energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) capability. The COXEM SEM-EDS systems are highly flexible and suitable for a variety of imaging and chemical characterisation applications.
