CN Tech recently expanded our product portfolio to include the cutting-edge INVIVO 3D Bioprinter, as the UK distributors for ROKIT Healthcare. We believe the emerging field of 3D bioprinting holds enormous potential for enabling novel and innovative biological research. Our Director Jon Nottingham recently spent a week at the ROKIT Healthcare headquarters in South Korea, joining fellow ROKIT Healthcare distributors from Thailand and Taiwan.

ROKIT Healthcare had organised a series to talks and training covering the applications of 3D bioprinting technology, and advanced technical support of the INVIVO system. Topics included achieving the best results from the INVIVO multiple print heads, including the syringe dispenser, filament extruder, and hot-melting pneumatic dispenser. Innovative applications of the INVIVO were also discussed, including cell printing with Gelatin Methacryloyl (GelMA) and Pluronics poloxamers.

 

 

INVIVO 3D Bioprinter

The INVIVO 3D Bioprinter developed by ROKIT Healthcare is a modular 3D bioprinting platform, designed to meet the needs of a wide range of biofabrication and biomaterials research applications. The INVIVO’s print head system is modular, with 3 interchangeable print heads handling different materials. To protect and preserve printed specimens, the INVIVO features a closeed print chamber ensuring a high cell viability. With a diverse range of applications, the INVIVO is finding use in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine research, amongst others.
